LEED Platinum Building

At Pringle Creek Community, we built the first LEED Platinum Certified community center in the nation, so we know how awesome it is to build to that level of sustainability. Our community center, called Painters Hall, serves as a resident amenity as well as being available to rent out to the public. Pervious Pavement

At Pringle Creek Community, we are leading innovation. We are the early adopters of what is called green living. One piece to our sustainable development is pervious pavement. How is that beneficial to the environment? It means that our roads allow water from rain and snow to go straight back into the water table rather than getting displaced, picking up pollution along the way, and potentially causing flooding. Start 2018 off right with some new knowledge on green building! We are having an ICF Presentation next Wednesday, January 10th, from 12:00 - 1:00pm. Jerry Spivey of Better Builders of Oregon will be speaking in-depth about ICF (insulated concrete forms).
