Here at Pringle Creek Community, we have created one of the most sustainable and livable neighborhoods in the country. While we build homes for people to purchase, mostly we sell lots for folks to build their own custom green homes. It’s already been a busy season with new residents moving in, construction about to start on several houses, and lots being sold. Many of our new community members are aware of the rising costs of building and financing a new home, and got ahead of the curve by starting their projects as soon as they were able to move forward.
We are excited to be awarded B-Corp's 2018 Best for the World in the Environment category. We are also proud to be among the amazing honorees, and we plan on continuing to champion the mission of green building and healthy living while cultivating our community. Available now is a new Net Zero Home, and is one example of how we demonstrate living sustainably. We invite you to see what living sustainably looks like, and stop on by Painters Hall for a tour. It's a wonderful time to make your dream home a reality.
2018 Best For The World: Environment Honorees
The combination of community and nature in the middle of an urban environment, with sustainable innovation to boot, is something we've been doing for years. A major advantage to living at Pringle Creek Community is that our many acres of open space includes a very productive farm and orchard. It's great to see how agrihoods are now catching on, and how they're benefiting communities and businesses. The weather in Oregon’s fertile Willamette Valley couldn't be better for growing lush gardens and delicious healthy organic produce. Here's to the agrihood lifestyle!

Our expert Urban Farmer, Colleen Owen, is growing some wonderful food this year. Eat healthy and support community by becoming a part of our CSA.
If you purchase a share of the CSA, then harvest usually starts mid-June and you can pick-up fresh and organic produce almost every week. There is so much to choose from, ...
Wilma and Liane are a mother-daughter duo and new neighbors in our community! We welcome them as they take root and branch out in our agrihood. They go into depth with why gardening plays an important role in their family. As Wilma says, "Food is love," and we couldn't agree more.
What do you like most about gardening?
Wilma: Digging in soil feeds my agricultural soul. I grew up immersed in California’s San Joaquin Valley with a plum orchard nearby and views of Mt Whitney in the distance. The family across the street had a chicken farm - I’d get to ...
