Yoga Classes are running at Pringle Creek Community's Painters Hall. With the cherry blossoms opening up and spring beginning to take hold, it's the perfect time to start-up with yoga practice and remembering to breathe with intention. Feel the need to get grounded, stretch out, or sincerely just love to stay in child's pose or shavasana for awhile, this class is for you. Instructor, Chandler Redding, will help guide you through poses that center your mind and body. Please bring a yoga mat and comfortable clothing to wear.
