Green Details

Going green isn't a fashion fad, it's here to stay. Entrepreneurs all over the world, including Aaina Jain of Blu & Blue are making products that are not only "butter soft" but safe for children to wear. Right down to the selection of buttons. At Pringle Creek Community, we pay attention to the details. From choosing sustainable materials for building our homes to roaming around our urban farm and being able to pluck ripe fruit right off the branch (or vine), we believe in the importance of a healthy and strong community. Oh, and her dad, Ralph, also played a major role with his talent in carpentry. Colleen's mom, Connie, was also there to offer support through her cooking skills, running those last minute errands for parts, and her sense of humor. Just a guess, but you're wanting to know what they made! Old ... Read more

Mister Whiskers LED

Energy efficiency now seems to be an every day household term. It's not surprising that there's now an LED light that also can be used to kill bacteria in your kitchen. At Pringle Creek Community, we're always looking for ways to innovate. Innovation is sometimes as simple as reexamining a light bulb to see what other functions it can offer.  So, next time Mister Whiskers is walking on your counter (of course, we believe you've trained it to not do that...), you can think about this light as not only a way to save energy, but also a healthier ...
