Crowd Attends Winter Home Tour at Pringle Creek

We had quite a turnout for Winsome’s Building Better Buildings event on Friday, Dec 19th. An enthusiastic crowd arrived to tour a recently framed high performance home on track for LEED certification in Salem’s Pringle Creek Community development. Winsome Partner Wendy Stassens and Site Superintendant Aaron Kumnick, along with Jane Poznar and Kerry Fox from Pringle Creek, answered questions from visitors all evening about high performance building practices and technologies, and the benefits of living in the Pringle Creek Community development. Salsa Night at Pringle Creek

A couple of weeks ago we had our first Salsa Night at Pringle Creek Community. After clearing out the center section of Painters Hall our wonderful grounds keeper/professional dancer/DJ/all around renaissance man, Paco, taught the group of 15 or so neighbors and friends of Pringle Creek some basic Salsa steps.
