Custom homes that are sustainably built are just one hallmark of Pringle Creek Community. With the freedom to choose what types of finishes comes many possibilities - including in the bathroom! The bathroom is quite an important place in the home that everyone uses. There are many choices of Thrones (also known as toilets) for a custom built home along with many choices on tubs, showers, and faucets. Traditional toilets may use up to 7 gallons of water per flush, but the water conserving dual-flush toilets installed here typically use between 1 – 3 gallons per flush. Taking a shower ... Paradise Found

We are thrilled to be featured in Marie Claire's January 2017 issue, where Kiera Carter, writes about all the thoughts that go through a person's head when they are considering moving to a more sustainable community. Winter Wonderland

Pringle Creek Community has become a winter wonderland this week. Residents are enjoying the snow, and finding some good places to sled and make snow angels! Marie Claire

Pringle Creek Community is featured in the Marie Claire January 2017 issue with one of our very own residents, Mckenzie Farrell, sharing her experiences living here. Along with having easy access to the downtown and recreational activities, we also have an Urban Farm that holds educational workshops for beginners all the way to Master Gardeners, and has a successfully run CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) producing healthy organic food for its members. ... Steady Growth

Pringle Creek Community is giving a warm welcome to new residents this winter. Steady growth is happening with three new homes built by Spectra Construction almost near completion, and we are looking forward to welcoming three new families into our community who hail from the Southwest and Oregon! Two of these homes are on the geothermal loop and gain great energy efficiency by using the earth's ambient temperature for heating and cooling. Both homes are one-level with one home at 1,300 square feet and the other at 1,000 square feet. Rigid insulation has been installed on the exterior of the homes ... Read more
