Spring has sprung and so has the building season. Builders have broken ground on two new homes up in our Net Zero loop. One will be a two-story custom home for new neighbors and the other is a single level, three bedroom, two bath home that we are building for resale. Our newest community members have just broken ground on their new net zero home! We are all very excited to see the construction begin on this beautiful and energy efficient house.
Our new neighbors have entrusted one of our preferred building partners, Winsome Construction with building their new custom home. Winsome also built the net zero home next door to the their project. The Net Zero home, which is available for purchase, inspired them and served as the springboard for customizing their own home design.
Our Little Library is just brimming with books, and they are excellent titles, too! Our Little Library, registered with the Little Free Library nonprofit organization, is a handsome little box located out in front of our community center, Painters Hall, next to our newest park, Jane's Pocket Park.
