This 1,300 square foot, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home serves as our Guest Cottage for neighbors who have family or visitors coming in from out of town. The cottage was the first LEED Platinum home built in the Pacific Northwest, and the highest scoring LEED home in the country. The Pringle Creek Community Guest House is available for short term rental throughout the year to residents of Pringle Creek Community. The Guest Cottage sleeps up to 4 people, and includes 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, laundry, gas fireplace, and a kitchen stocked with the basics to make your stay enjoyable.
