Brewing Bike Paths

At Pringle Creek Community, we have walking and biking paths that promote interconnectivity throughout the neighborhood. In fact, we’ve got a tandem bike in the office that’s been taken out for a spin, and a resident bike repair expert that helps out other neighbors if they need a tune-up. We love seeing the newly completed Minto Island Bridge that’s designed for walkers and bikers.  It’s enjoyed by Salem locals and beyond with new bike paths being made across the flourishing Willamette Valley. Spring brings Green building

Spring has sprung and so has the building season.  Builders have broken ground on two new homes up in our Net Zero loop.  One will be a two-story custom home for new neighbors and the other is a single level, three bedroom, two bath home that we are building for resale.  Both houses will be highly energy efficient LEED and Net Zero certified. LEED certification ensures that they are built green, with sustainable methods and materials, and energy efficient systems throughout, while the builder also takes care to minimize waste and erosion.  LEED also signifies a home that is ...
