Our newest community members have just broken ground on their new net zero home! We are all very excited to see the construction begin on this beautiful and energy efficient house.
Our new neighbors have entrusted one of our preferred building partners, Winsome Construction with building their new custom home. Winsome also built the net zero home next door to the their project. The Net Zero home, which is available for purchase, inspired them and served as the springboard for customizing their own home design.
All of our lots are! All lots at Pringle Creek Community are ready for you - all necessary hook-ups are already in, ready for construction of your new home.
We've just listed four lots with Living Room Realty: one in our Net Zero Loop, where your home will use solar power to create as much energy as you'll need; one in our Live-Work area, where you could build a home with a retail studio/work space on the main floor and live in the above two or three levels; and two lots on our Cousteau Loop neighborhood where your home would ...
Happy New Year! 2016 is here! We're excited about the possibilities the new year brings. We've started a new business relationship this year, we are now an authorized B-Corporation, we're breaking ground on two new resident's homes, we're planning new spec home builds, and we're going to garden like never before!

It is an award-winning Net Zero and LEED platinum commercial building, the first of its kind in the country! Painters Hall serves as both a model of environmental sustainability as well as a community meeting place that ...
