Eat Healthy Support Community

The CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) is gearing up for 2018! If you're unfamiliar with what a CSA is, it's basically paying your local farmer upfront for the year, and then getting delicious and healthy produce from about June until January, depending on the harvesting seasons. Our expert Urban Farmer, Colleen Owen, is growing some wonderful food this year. Eat healthy and support community by becoming a part of our CSA. If you purchase a share of the CSA, then harvest usually starts mid-June and you can pick-up fresh and organic produce almost every week.  There is so much to choose from, ... Read more

They will soon grow into gorgeous, ... Read more

2016 is Here! See the New Developments at PCC

Happy New Year!  2016 is here!  We're excited about the possibilities the new year brings.  We've started a new business relationship this year, we are now an authorized B-Corporation, we're breaking ground on two new resident's homes, we're planning new spec home builds, and we're going to garden like never before! As mentioned in a recent blog, we've begun a new business relationship with Living Room Realty (LRR), a real estate group that is grounded in the same sustainable principles as we are.  The LRR brokers we're working with, Gavin Shettler, Julia Robertson, and Nicolette Hannah are experts in green ...
